Phillip Lee Niederer

Phillip Lee Niederer, 63, of Roscommon, Michigan went home to be with the Lord January 2, 2021.

Phillip was born to Fred and Mae (Small) Niederer in Grayling, Michigan on November 10, 1957. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lisa Niederer; children, Phillip (Ingrid) Niederer, Jeremy (Kim) Niederer, Stephen (Cortney) Niederer, Daniel (Meghan) Niederer, Michael (Jennifer) Niederer, and Allissa (Sam) Sylvester; 27 grandchildren, Phillip III, Aaliyah, Zachery, Noel, Benjamin, Jeremy, Jason, Shane, Garrett, Grant, Lena, Stephen, Elise, Adele, Isaiah, Emma, Daniel, Caleb, Katherine, Josiah, Hollie, Elana, Andrea, Leah, Amy, Samuel, and Rena; mother, Mae Niederer; sister, Lynette (Mike) Corlew; and sisters-in-law, Nancy Niederer and Anita Niederer. Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Fritz Niederer; brothers, Fred Niederer and David Niederer; and grandson, Micah Niederer.

Phillip loved the Lord and his Savior, Jesus Christ. He served as a Deacon, Sunday School teacher, and a Children’s Ministry Leader for many years. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He will be sadly missed.

Services were held January 5, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, Phillip's family has asked that donations be made in memory of Phillip to Calvary Baptist Church, 6504 W M-72 Hwy, Grayling, MI 49738.
