Longtime former resident Robert (Bobaloo) Stienbrink passed away after he lost his battle with Covid-19 on February 12th in Phoenix, Arizona.
Bobaloo was proceeded in death by his father, Howard Stienbrink; mother, Ruth Stienbrink; sister, Linda Martin. Bobaloo was survived by his sisters, Gloria Winston, Margaret Kimball, Cindy Terry; daughters, Amy Tunner and Sarah Maule; grandsons, David, Ian and Mikey; granddaughters, Bobbyjoe, Madison and Mary; great-grandchildren: Avery, Emma and Gary. And a great many nieces and nephews.
Bobaloo traveled greatly in his younger days and managed to see a great deal of the United States. During his life and travels he was employed as a city employee, oil field worker, carpenter, laborer, seismograph employee, wood industry as well as working on a shrimp boat.
Bobaloo was known and loved by a great deal of friends and family. He was known for his quick wit, big smile and generosity for others as well as his big hugs if it had been awhile. He was known as a true friend and a man of his word!
He will be greatly missed by many who feel that they are truly better for have known him.
